1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Sultan Bakery & Cafe (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Sultan Bakery & Cafe, concerning your access to and use of the sultanbakerycafe.com website as well as any other media form, mobile website, or WhatsApp business communication related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Site operates primarily as a digital menu, portfolio, and informational hub. We do not process retail e-commerce transactions, process credit cards, or facilitate direct online ordering through the Site. All reservations, inquiries, custom cake orders, and B2B wholesale transactions are conducted directly via phone, our official WhatsApp business line, or in-store.

3. Menu, Pricing, and Availability

• Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to display our menu items, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
• Price Changes: All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice. The prices charged for items will be the prices in effect at the time your order is confirmed in-store or over the phone/WhatsApp.
• Availability: All items, particularly artisanal breads and custom pastries, are subject to daily availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Wholesale (B2B) and Custom Orders

• Communication via WhatsApp: Our WhatsApp button and contact forms are provided to facilitate wholesale inquiries and custom orders. Initiating a chat or sending a request does not constitute a confirmed order.
• Quotes and Deposits: Quotes provided via email or WhatsApp are valid for a limited time. Custom orders and large wholesale catering may require a non-refundable deposit. An order is only considered finalized once the deposit or full invoice has been paid and confirmed by our staff.
• Cancellations: Policies regarding cancellations and refunds for custom or wholesale orders will be communicated directly during the ordering process.

5. Allergen and Dietary Disclaimer

Food safety is our top priority. However, please be advised that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, and peanuts. While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with specific allergies. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions consume our products at their own risk.
