At Sultan Bakery & Cafe, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted artisanal breads, pastries, and custom cakes. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and return policy is as follows:

1. Inspection Upon Pickup/Delivery:

We strive for perfection in every order. For custom cakes and large orders, we will present the product to you (or your designated representative) for inspection at the time of pickup or delivery. Your acceptance of the product at that time constitutes your satisfaction with the design, appearance, and condition of the item.

2. Perishable Goods (No Standard Returns):

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any food items once they have left our premises. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products based on personal taste preferences or for items that were damaged after leaving our care.

3. Quality Concerns:

If there is a genuine concern regarding the quality of a product (e.g., incorrect flavor or a structural baking defect), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. To be eligible for a partial refund or store credit, you must return the product to our store in Wayne, NJ, with at least 80% of the item intact so that we may inspect the issue.

4. Order Cancellations:

As outlined in our Wholesale & Custom Orders Policy, custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients have been sourced and labor has been scheduled.

5. B2B & Wholesale:

All wholesale sales are final. Any discrepancies in quantity or quality must be reported immediately upon delivery.
